Innomy, a biotech research startup founded by Juan Pablo de Giacomi (CEO), Francisco Kuhar (CSO), and Pablo Sánchez Rey (COO), is changing how we think about food. They have developed a new form of meat alternatives by combining fungi and biotechnology, thereby replacing meat with healthier, sustainable, and delicious food. That is, Innomy has developed a proprietary fungi-based platform that allows achieving a complex structure that replicates the fibrous and tender consistency of meat with few ingredients. Innomy has announced that they have closed their first round of funding of € 1,3 million. This financing round was led by the Cervino Corporation, Rockstart, Zubi Capital, Eatable Adventures, the National Centre of Technology and Food Safety (CNTA), and a group of business angels
Inveniam Group has served as their financial advisor since they moved from Argentina to Spain and supported them by bringing investors and investment opportunities from our network. We look forward to continued success for Innomy and future collaboration to keep innovating the world of food technology.
